Trash Free trails (TFT) are a community interest company that exist to protect our trails and wild places we find ourselves in. Their mission is to reconnect people with nature through the simple yet meaningful act of removing single-use pollution from our wild spaces.

At Kickback we are part of 1% for the planet, where we give 1% of our profits to environmental organisations or charities. As part of this, we have partnered with TFT and are supporting their month of #PurposefulAdventures!

Purposeful Adventures is an online celebration of our thirst for adventure, and how we can give back to the places we go and people we meet.

At this months Roastery Ramble we celebrated #PurposefulAdventures! Throughout our adventures, we meet people from all walks of life. We inspire connections, meaningful conversations and spread the word in how we can all leave a positive trace on our surrounds. Here was our route! 

Cycling World Champs

We joined TFT at Glentress Forest for the weekend of mountain biking.  Our filter coffee went down a treat for spectators entering the forest. As well as engaging in great conversations and empowering people to make small changes in their outdoor spaces. Glentress Forest was a #TFTApproved sight, which is a checklist to help outdoor events reduce their environmental impact. It was great to see this in action and see peoples attitudes towards keeping the sight Trash Free. Find out more about #TFTApproved.
