As your coffee bean supplier, we find your perfect beans and equipment alongside barista training and launch day support to hit the ground brewing. Freshly roasted Kickback Coffee beans venture far and wide across the UK, but if you're local to our roastery around Cheshire/Manchester you can also make the most of our hand delivery option.

How do I set up a wholesale account?
Exciting times! You can contact us at wholesale@kickbackcoffee.co.uk with your details, or better yet, fill the form in on this page to get the ball rolling quickly.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, our minimum order quantity is 8kg for coffee wholesalers in the UK
Do you help with training and equipment?
Absolutely - we provide free training for wholesale customers using Kickback Coffee as their main house coffee. We like to follow a 'train the trainer' approach, where we can focus on one or two individuals who can then maintain the standards, but will happily arrange a broader training session for the whole team if that’s your bag.
We are always more than happy to help you source equipment, and offer advice.
Can I use your coffee on a guest basis?
Yes, we can supply our wholesale coffee on a guest basis - email wholesale@kickbackcoffee.co.uk to chuck a request our way.
Can I try a sample?
We’d love to supply you with some samples of our range. Alternatively, you’re welcome to come in store to try our coffee.
Do you charge for shipping?
- Our deliveries have a £5 flat fee. Free on orders over £200.
- We can post for next day delivery at £6
- You can track your order by following the tracking link you will have received from Royal Mail via email
How will I receive your coffee?
Our wholesale partners receive their coffee delivery in 4kg reusable tubs that we replace with each delivery. This is a great option to avoid sending bags to landfill, but we are happy to send coffee in 1kg bags if you prefer. If you are receiving your order in the post, the coffee will be sent in 1kg bags.
