Delivery and Returns

Trevor the carrier pigeon has been a fundamental part of KBC's delivery game. He has won employee of the month a record 12 times. Whenever an order is placed, he informs the roastery and we get packing to your specification. Working his tail off, Trevor ensures that your order gets sent out swiftly.

• All items placed before 2.30pm (weekdays) will arrive within 48 hours
• Orders placed after 2.30pm (weekdays) will arrive within 72 hours
• Orders placed on the weekend, bank holiday, or after 2.30pm on a Friday will be collected the following Monday, to arrive by the Wednesday. 

Free delivery on orders over £35 is automatically applied at checkout. Trevor makes sure of it. Note: All of our products are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr

Coffee Products: Returns will only be considered if the bag is unopened and unaffected. 

Retail Items: Returns will only be considered if the items is unopened and unaffected. All ‘non-coffee’ items are backed by the manufacturers warranty.
