For three years, we’ve partnered with Sonja Estate Coffees, and in the coming months, we’ll return to the farms of Ricardo Cuadra Fajardo and Juan Rizo, witnessing once more the craft behind this exceptional coffee. This lot is 100% Parainema varietal, a resilient plant flourishing at medium altitudes, resistant to coffee leaf rust—a testament to both nature and careful cultivation.
