Sourced through our friends at Falcon Coffees, this lot comes from Peru's Huabal region - an area full of potential, though often held back by limited infrastructure. While Catimor varieties were once common, more producers are now replanting traditional varieties like Caturra and Bourbon, which thrive at higher altitudes and deliver better quality with the right care.
