Benjamin, winner of the 2024 Honduras Cup of Excellence, has been working with us for three years. Last year, he visited our roastery and shared his vision for supporting coffee producers in Honduras.
Through his guidance, 10 producers from the Santa Barbara Mountain region have taken their first steps into specialty coffee—producing natural-processed lots and learning new skills along the way. With support from Beneficio San Vicente, their efforts have come together in this Natural Paraneima varietal.
