The producers

At the foothills of the lush Nyambene Tea Estate, lies Ntimakairwa Estate. A family-owned coffee farm with deep roots in Kenya’s coffee heritage. Over the years, they’ve grown from small-scale farming into a fully established estate, embracing both innovation and tradition. 

The name Ntimakairwa is an acronym - symbolising trailblazing and exploring coffee production against all odds. At a time when many abandoned coffee farming due to poor prices and factory mismanagement, they stayed the course, determined to revive the coffee legacy in

their village. Today, they not only produce high-quality coffee, but also host training and seminars for youth and local farmers - inspiring future generations to embrace sustainable coffee farming.
