Description

Paradise Mountain brings together two beautiful coffee-growing regions from the highlands of Papua New Guinea. Coffees from the limestone-rich landscapes of Simbu are combined with coffees grown in the fertile volcanic soils of the Eastern Highlands, creating a cup that is clean, balanced and full of character. Generations of smallholder farmers have developed their techniques around selective harvesting, picking ripe cherries to produce a consistent and high-quality coffee. The result is a beautifully approachable cup with bright citrus, juicy blackcurrant and a smooth caramel sweetness. Complex enough to keep things interesting, but balanced enough to become an everyday favourite.

How To Enjoy

Paradise Mountain is roasted to be enjoyed however you like to brew. As a filter, the citrus and blackcurrant notes bring brightness and clarity to the cup. Brewed as espresso, the caramel sweetness and rounded body take centre stage. However you choose to enjoy it, expect a clean, balanced and seriously satisfying coffee.
