More Information

Description

Honey Collective is sourced from a curated group of smallholder farmers in Santa Bárbara, Honduras, where the average farm size is just 2.5 hectares. This marks our first ever honey processed Parainema from the region. The honey process removes the skin of the coffee cherry while leaving a layer of sweet mucilage on the bean during drying. Creating a cup with the fruit-forward sweetness of natural processing and the clarity of washed coffee. Expect roasted hazelnut aromatics, delicate florals, syrupy sweetness and a dark chocolate finish.

How To Enjoy

No matter how you like to brew, we’ve got you covered. This coffee is roasted to taste great however you make it - filter, espresso, or something in between. The roast profile is developed to enhance the natural character and flavour from where it was grown and to highlight what makes this coffee special and unique.
