Description

The first is a washed regional lot from the Cauca region, where we’ve built a partnership with smallholder farmers over the past three years. The second and third are experimental creations from Jairo Arcila’s farm, Santa Monica, crafted through an intricate process that includes dry anaerobic fermentation with carefully added ingredients like ripe red fruits, cinnamon, and wine yeast. This unique technique enhances the natural flavours, creating a coffee that’s both complex and comforting.

How To Enjoy

All of our feature coffees are omni roasted, which means they work great as filter or espresso, no matter how you brew.

Delivery

All of our products are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr delivery: 

  • All items placed before 2.30pm (weekdays) will arrive within 48 hours
  • Orders placed after 2.30pm (weekdays) will arrive within 72 hours
  • Orders placed on the weekend, bank holiday, or after 2.30pm on a Friday will be collected the following Monday, to arrive by the Wednesday.
