The producers

This coffee comes from a collection of farmers in the Puebla region of Mexico - the third largest coffee producing region in the country. Puebla sits perfectly situated in the valley of Cuetlaxcoapan and at the foot of the Popocatepetl volcano which brings highly fertile soil and a unique microclimate perfect for growing coffee.

The farmers here traditionally follow a washed process and cultivate their farms organically to maintain healthy soil and protect their land.
