The producers

After hurricanes damaged the plantation in 2020 and Rodolfo spent time recovering from health problems, we are pleased to report the farm and Rodolfo are thriving again.

With the help of his wife, sons and daughters, Rodolfo meticulously picks all the coffee by hand before it’s dried on raised beds for 22 days. The cherries are raked every 30 mins using wood sticks to ensure the highest quality is achieved.
